The success of the Copernico 38 format inspired the creation of a new smartworking hub and Studio DC10 has been called on to tackle a new urban condition: a building complex consisting of 3 edifices has been transformed into an interesting and complex architectural reality. The vertical connections are accentuated by multi-storey open spaces and the Social Floor, expanded with the café, the Oxygen Room, the Library and meeting rooms, offers different types of spaces for meeting and socialization. The corridors of the office floors are punctuated with comfortable relaxation areas and enhanced by dedicated graphics and lighting. The horizontal connection between the central building and the building dedicated to co-working is the cylindrical gangway: an iconic architectural element that, in its deliberate detachment from the pre-existing structure, reveals the new soul of the building, also from the outside.
